Logo & Colors

The logo is bold, edgy and instantly recognizable… a backward “R” made from 3 simple shapes. The color palette is grayscale with a bit of punchy red to remind users that this is not your mama’s radio.

Everything Audio

Imagine if all your favorite audio was in one place… music, podcasts, live news, sports talk, interviews, seminars and even audio books… all accessible from one app, anytime, anywhere. That’s the vision of the revolt!

Peaking in the Red

By using the red strategically as an accent color, we can create a sense of rebellion and chaos to draw the eye when necessary… and still harness that professional look by using it quite sparingly. 

Retro Roots

Imagery will focus on celebrating the “good ol’ days” of radio with a modern twist. (old speakers, mics, boomboxes, jukeboxes, etc) You don’t have to be an audiophile to appreciate the nostalgia of retro audio.

Final Thoughts

Finding a balance between rebellion and respect can be quite challenging, and ultimately a choice will likely need to be made one way or the other, but the minimalistic, backward “R” could go either way.
